To order your purchase :-

- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
Q. Will the product out of stock?
For ready stock product, it will always have stock; for pre-order product, due to the nature of pre-order, sometimes it might be sold out. If the product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you through whatsapp / phone / email. Any replacement of product shall inform us within 24 hours upon receiving the email. If no reply received from you within 24 hours, we will proceed your order without the sold out product.
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Ready stock take 1 to 3 business days to arrive; pre-order take 7 to 14 busienss days to arrive. International orders will take extra time to arrive.

Q. How can I know whether my order has been shipped?
After your parcel has been sent out, our system will send an email to you automatically to inform you the tracking number and the courier company used. If you didn't receive email from us, you may check your "Junk" file. Or, you may log in to our website and click <My Order> to check your tracking number.

Q. Can Mummy Kiddy refund the balance to me by putting cash inside the parcel?
We are sorry that we will not refund the balance to you by putting money inside the parcel. Neither the delivery company nor us will be responsible for any monetary loss. If there is any balance in your order, we'll credit it to your member account. You may use it for your next order or ask for refund by providing us your bank details.
Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in MYR, but you can choose other currencies at the upper right hand side of our store, including SGD, USD, GBP, and EUR.
Q. What if I received a defective product?
We are so sorry if that happens! First of all, you must take pictures of the defect products and inform us within 7 days after receiving your order by sending an email to us attached with the pictures of the defects product, and your order number. We'll reply you within 24 hours. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be un-used and in the same original condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging, label attached and un-washed.
Q. Under what condition can I claim that product is a defective product?
We guarantee to replace any item with factory defect with the same size & colour. The meaning of 'factory defects' here restricted to only huge hole, torned, wrong size, totally different colour and any other evident defects that is apparently a huge defects. We do not accept reasons like it's different from your expectation, you have picked the wrong size, you think it doesn't suit you or any other subjective opinion or views.
Q. How about the postage fees of returning the defective product?
We will bear the cost of sending the product back to us. You can either go to Pos Office and send it back to us or have us to arrange a pick up at your address. If you want to ship it by yourself, we can reimburse you the postage fees on the condition that you have to take the photo of the Poslaju delivery receipt and we'll reimburse you the postage fees accordingly by bank in to your bank account. If you want us to arrange a pick up at your address, we will send you a soft copy of the consignment note and you need to print it out and attach on the parcel and hand over to the PosLaju officer without paying anything.
Q. Can I request to change size / colour after I have received the product as I ordered?
If you have received the size / colour as per in your order but you wish to exchange, you need to cover the return postage. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be un-used and in the same original condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging, label attached and un-washed. After we have received the returned item we will process to prepare the exchange item for you.
Q. Can I request return and refund after I have received my order but I don't like it / it is not the same as I imagined?
